Sauce or Toss? | Queens Park Rangers 2022 Anniversary Kit

QPR are celebrating 140 years since the founding of their club. For the West Bromwich Albion match on the 15th of January, the club released a limited-edition anniversary shirt. The new Queens Park Rangers FC 2022 kit also features a special 140-years anniversary version of the regular club crest.

Here is the QPR 2022 anniversary kit, made by Errea. The colors pay tribute to the kits that were worn in 1882 by Christchurch Rangers, four years before they merged with St. Jude’s Institute to form Queens Park Rangers. The jersey is divided into light and dark blue halves to replicate the first shirt in the club’s history.

The outline of a street map has been added into the shirt as a watermark, showcasing the Queen’s Park area and St Jude’s Church located close to the crest. It has a mandarin collar with small buttons, as the original shirts would have.
