The United States men’s national team will play two Qatar-bound teams, Japan and Saudi Arabia, at European venues this fall as part of its final preparations for the World Cup, the United States Soccer Federation announced last Tuesday. Coach Gregg Berhalter expects to have the majority, if not all, of his World Cup players at the September camp, barring any injuries. He has until mid-November to finalize the tournament roster for Qatar.
